Rental Policy

All renters must be 18 years of age.  All minors must be accompanied by an adult who can sign the liability waiver and accept responsibility.  The waiver can be found and signed through this link:

Rentals are non-transferable.  If you do not use your entire rental time, you cannot allow others to use your rental for the remaining duration of your rental time.

Refunds will not be given based on weather.  If you are unsure if the weather will cooperate, please check local weather forecasts and ensure you are wanting to purchase the rental ahead of time.

If there are any issues with your rental equipment or services, please call and advise us immediately so we can ensure we can provide you with the best experience possible.  We are here to show you a good time so please let us know before your rental time has ended so we can attempt to fix any issues you may have.
